23RD ANNUAL DAVID N. DINKINS LEADERSHIP AND PUBLIC POLICY FORUM

Named for the 106th Mayor of the nation’s largest city, the first (and only) African American Mayor elected in New York City, this annual forum has addressed many of the challenging issues that successful urban ecosystems must contend with — including education, the environment, labor, tourism, incarceration and fiscal crises – for over two decades.

On July 9th, the David N. Dinkins Leadership and Public Policy Forum will move onto a digital platform. We are proud to welcome Van Jones, CEO of REFORM Alliance, CNN host, and NY Times best-selling author, in conversation with Michael Nutter, 98th Mayor of Philadelphia and David N. Dinkins Professor of Professional Practice in Urban and Public Affairs at the School of International and Public Affairs.

This online discussion will stream live on this page, as our distinguished speakers explore societal inequities exposed by COVID-19 in conjunction with systemic racism and opportunities to repair policy and bring about a more just and equitable society.
