Internationally noted telecom and business expert, he has been a CEO six times: Chairman and CEO NYNEX Mobile (now part of Verizon Wireless); Chairman/CEO IWO (Sprint PCS Affiliate); Managing Dir./Founder Excelcomindo Pratama, (3rd largest Indonesian national wireless carrier); CEO and President SKYOPTIX, (4th generation optical network systems management company); President Detecon USA, (3rd and 4th gen wireless consulting co); Interim CEO and Vice Chairman of Virgin Islands Next Generation Network (responsible for the design and implementing of a Gigabit broadband network to serve the US Virgin Islands with 60 million USD of Federal ARRA grants); succesffuly implemented.

He has been a director of Symmetricom, (NASDAQ, timing and synchronization solutions 2006 to 10/2013); Chairman of TranSwitch Corporation, (NASDAQ fabless ASIC, SOC, chip maker 2004-2008); Founding member, in 1998, of the NYISO board of directors and Chairman of the Audit and Compliance Committee 2007 to April 2014. (NYISO has responsibility for reliability and wholesale market operations for the NY state electricity grid); Founding board member of Domanicom, Inc., (developers of a 5th generation home, cloud centric gateway controller, block chain based SDK for high security IOT applications) and executive Chairman, founding board member of SITE, inc, a system integrator at the edge for 4g LTE adbance broadband wireless application for last mile and IOT centric private networks.

Mr. Boschulte is a retired senior officer of both AT&T and Verizon, having run major line operating organizations for over 30 years. He has a BME and an MSME from the City University of New York and is a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science.
