Mr. Rishavy joined LIATI in 2018 and was elevated to Managing Director in 2021. As an executive and proven leader, he brings over 40 years of financial and administrative business services experience, which includes corporate finance, raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and execution, and commercial real estate development. His experience includes financial and market analytics, budgeting and dynamic model forecasting to support executive decision making, strategic financial and business planning. He has extensive experience in real estate development and formerly served as a Region President at HR Logic, overseeing 30 states and over $1 billion in annual revenue and servicing 5500 clients and 80,000 work site employees. He also has extensive experience and expertise in charter school operations, fiscal accountability, academic performance and predictive analytics. Mr. Rishavy was awarded with Distinction (3.95 GPA) a Master of Accounting and Finance from the Keller Graduate School. He completed with a 4.0 GPA the MBA program coursework at Inter-American University, San Juan, Puerto Rico. He holds an undergraduate degree University of Minnesota.

Humanitarian Work

Mr. Rishavy has been an advisor and volunteer with the Outreach International, a charitable organization focusing on food insecurity, water purification, health, and education services. His involvement in their programs has brought his twice to Tanzania, Africa, and in numerous locations throughout the US.
